Insurance

Pet owners shall be liable for damage caused by their pets. Before moving in, proof of insurance that specifically covers animal liability with your animal breed must be submitted and approved.

A one time non refundable deposit of $200 is required. This will be in addition to any other deposit required.

Pet rent is $25 per pet per month

Responsibility

We will need verification from a previous landlord that your animal has done no damage to a previous residence.

Care

Cats must be spayed and neutered with proof submitted to the landlord

All animals must be under 50 lbs
